What Does A Collapsing Gestational Sac Indicate?

I had an unprotected sex on 18th July and took double dose of ECP to avoid pregnancy tand now i am 13days late of my periods during all this time my hpt came all negative. I took st mom to get periods but got very light bleeding. I went for pelvic ultrasound today and doctor said that i may have a collapsing sac or a nabothain cyst of around 6.4mm. Does collapsing sac means i am still expecting? My hpt are negative and beta hcg is also negative. Waiting for your response.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the reports you have furnished, it clearly states that you are not pregnant.
Nabothian cysts are noncancerous mucous filled cysts which appear in the endometrial cavity. They are harmless and would disappear on their own.
Kindly seek advise from Gynecologist for the delay in periods by undergoing proper evaluation.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
