Hello,

Varicocele is the common condition encountered in males. It doesn't require treatment unless it's causing pain or discomfort or future infertility, we can get varicocele repair done. But most of the time that doesn't cause infertility. Get an ultrasound Doppler of the scrotum to know the grade of varicocele if it's very significant to get it surgically repaired.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
