What Does A Dry Circular Patch On Upper Lip Indicate?
Hiii. I have a dry circular path on my upper lip that has been there for about two weeks already, and about to become a third. It doesn t itch or burn, just very dry. I ve put cold sore treatments on it, but it has done nothing. Even putting on a think chapstick does nothing.

As per your case history, you are having cheilitis. My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a Kenacort oral paste twice a day on the affected region.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for three months.
If the problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
