What Does A Dull Pain In Lower Abdominal Area Indicate?
Having dull pain in left lower abdomen just below the rib cage. It hurts to cough and when I bend over or lift objects. Was working on a vehicle and felt internal pop on affected area. Pain has been present since. Any ideas? Thanks you in advance. Scott

The symptom seems to be related to a muscle strain.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen.
I also recommend using an anti-inflammatory cream such as Voltaren cream for local application.
