What Does A Fluid Filled Lump On The Head Indicate?

I had a lump of fluid come up on the back of the left side of my head and when I was pushing on it, it burst and I experienced sharp pain on the right side behind my eyeball and down my right side of my body front and back, the entire side. I couldn t speak correctly, my speech was slurred and I couldn t feel anything on the right side of my body.

it could have been a sebaceous cyst, other symptoms are not related to it. consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment.
