What Does A Growing Lump Between The Anus And Vagina Indicate?

hi I have a large hard lump between my anus and vagina on the left side sort of in the groin! i noticed it about 3 weeks ago but is getting bigger and more pain full! its about 3 cm long and 2 cm wide oblong shaped.but is has no discharge . can you please help?

I really appreciate your concern, the lesion need to be taken care for abscess till then it can be treated with anti-inflammatory drug and the best medicine would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, it would be better to try hot water fermentation, some time it may need incision for draining of pus in case of abscess then it may needs anti-biotic, hope this information helps, take care.
