What Does A Hard Lump In The Breast Indicate?

Hi, i was wondering if it was possible that I might have breast cancer or be pregnant???... I have some kind of big growth in both breasts and its hard and lumpy to the touch and it hurts even when not touched. They re swollen and my nipples are starting to get bigger and oddly shaping. Amongst those issues, Im also more frequently pooping and using the bathroom. I also feel like there s gas or something in my stomach. What could this be and Is it serious?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The hard lumps with pain in both breasts, hyper functioning of bowel indicate underlying hormone imbalance causing fibroadenosis issue most likely. These do not sound as breast cancer or gas problem. Kindly get examined with your OBGYN for best medications and further line of action to be taken on clinical grounds.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
