I have a hard lump on outside of thigh but internal and it originally had bruising and pain, but not now, but can still feel the hard lump like it may be on a muscle like a nodule. It has been there about two weeks. It is about the size of a pea now but was about twice that size. Another smaller lump is about 1/2 inch from the first one. I did some strenuous climbing while trimming bushes prior to noticing the lump so I m thinking muscle pull and hoping it is not something more serious. I am in good shape but 83 yrs old. Thanks.
