Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....
As per your complain a small lump with a red spot at the
injury site seems to be due to
Hematoma formation only ad many a times Hematoma gets encapsulated and firm and it leads to slow regression..
As you stand for long hours there is blood circulation moving towards feet and there is increased exertion over the legs and this can lead to slight increase in swelling due to slight inflammation of the soft tissues..
Numbness seems to be due to injury to terminal nerve fibres secondary to injury and as healing proceed numbness will also subside..
You can do alternate warm and cool compresses over the lump..
Take
Ibuprofen for pain..
Apply
Heparin gel for faster resolution of the clot..
Elevate your leg while lying down..
If no improvement still consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
