hello, i have a small hot spot on the left foot just above my ankle on the left side, i take no meds, no vitamins. there is no pain or burning sensation just a small hot spot, no discoloration, no swelling, it started about 4 weeks ago, on a daily for a couple of hours but now its an all day thing, some moments thru out the day it feels hotter! help?
I can understand your concern for the hot spot above ankle. After analyzing your query it appears to be related to either simple insect bite or mild t moderated inflammation of the hair root. You have not enumerated your age, gender and related medical history so that I could have helped you better. IN such kind of cases there is nothing to be worried about. I suggest you to apply calamine lotion or a plane steroid based cream over the affected area. Do not try to pinch or pop the area as can get infected.
All the best.
