What Does A Large Oval Shaped Lump In The Left Armpit Indicate?

Just discovered a large oval shaped lump in my left armpit at the bottom it is moveable within the area and does not hurt. It is about the size of small hard boiled egg it had smooth contouring one piece not clusters. Would appreciate feedback as I am thinking the worst

I really appreciate your concern, it may be lipoma because it can not be lymph node if this is the size as you have stated here and for better confirmation it required clinical examination and such condition always demands this hope this information helps.
