General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It might be a consolation following an attack of pneumonia. Nothing much to worry and it is not a cancerous one. As the PET scan is normal, nothing much to worry and he will be fine soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
