What Does A Lump Behind The Ear Along With Tinnitus Indicate?
I just noticed a lump behind my right ear, it feels like a lump on a vein. I have trigeminal neualgia with a lot of pain in the face with ringing in my right ear and sometimes pain in my right ear. This lump is sore and I only just noticed it now. Do you have any answers to what this might be? Also I have a lesion on my trigeminal nerve that I have been told causes the trigenimal neualgia.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
you can take Cefadroxil twice daily for 5 days, take omeprazole twice a day for 5 days, take serratiopeptidase and paracetamol twice a day for 5 days. Get CT scan and ultrasound done of the affected part. Get the biopsy done of the lump. Consult an ENT surgeon and do further treatment as per the advice.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
