I have a lump in the left side of my neck between my jaw and collar bone aprox. a year has enlarged in that time a few days ago started experiencing pain in my left arm between my shoulder and elbow and restriction in movement. last night slight throbbing pain traveling up my neck and have pins and needles when arm area is touched
