What Does A Lump Between The Jaw And Collar Bone Indicate?

I have a lump in the left side of my neck between my jaw and collar bone aprox. a year has enlarged in that time a few days ago started experiencing pain in my left arm between my shoulder and elbow and restriction in movement. last night slight throbbing pain traveling up my neck and have pins and needles when arm area is touched

There are various etiological factors for the same as submandibular salivary gland tumor - lymph nodes of various causes as tuberculosis, lymphoma, and metastasis from carcinoma, thyroid enlargements, sternocleidomastoid tumor, certain neuro fibromatic lesions, and others.

Kindly get evaluated yourself in terms of Doppler ultrasound of the neck and CT or MRI in selected cases according to the clinician decision.
