What Does A Lump In Anal Opening Indicate?

Hey doctor. I have a lump on my anus and I usually have bright red blood at the beginning after a little bit come mucus like blood which is a little dark in colour. I feel pain around the area of my stomach. The pain is now increasing toward the upper part of my body.

I think you have some anorectal pathology like piles/fissure/fistula/ulcerative lesion in rectum.
I shall advise you to consult a general surgeon asap.as proper investigation is needed for that...
For pain in the stomach,i think this is gastritis.you start taking ppi tablet od for that.later get a endoscopy done if it is not relieved..
