What Does A Lump In The Armpit Indicate?
Twenty year old female. Taking microgestin 1/20 FE. Lump found at six position of armpit. when first noticed, it resembled ringworm. It did not respond to cream for ringworm or scabies. Now there is a second lump in groin area. Is this my lymph nodes? Could this be a side effect from my birth control pills? Help please

Hi,
It could be enlarged lymph node or soft tissue swelling. After physical examination only further comment can be given. You can investigate with FNAC to rule out nature of lesion. It could be reactive enlarged lymph node. It is not due to OC pills.
