General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The lump you are describing is suggestive of enlarged inguinal lymph nodes. Enlarged Inguinal lymph nodes can be seen in infections of leg, testis or prostrate, prostrate or testicular tumors. Physical examination and investigations tailored according to your symptoms are needed at this point. Please be advised to follow-up with a primary care provider to get the necessary evaluation done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal
