What Does A Lump In The Neck Along With Shoulder Pain Indicate?

Hi, I have a small pea sized lump in my neck, and my neck and shoulder muscles are sore. My breasts are also tingling sporadically. I don t have a cold or the flu. I do not have a fever. I haven t traveled recently. I haven t eaten anything out of the ordinary.
