Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter is a very healthy 28 year old. She is post op c-section by 22 months, she recently discovered a small lump in her pelvis are. It is in close range to external surgery scar. The lump is in comparison to a small marble in size? Moves easily and appears hard by touch. She does have some mild pain associated with it. Scar tissue, lymph node, endometrioma (has not been diagnosed with endometriosis)
Hi, I think it can be a neuroma or fibroma which can format at the surgical scar site. She needs to be examined by a gynecologist for correct diagnosis. She can take some pain killers.
