45 yo male - lump in sternum (oval shape) / when pressed causes extreme heart burn - after eating if there is no heartburn then soft/runny stool - if heartburn then normal stool. Already had colonoscopy 2 weeks ago - 3 pre-cancerous pollups removed. Some intermittent fatigue. Any thoughts?
As you mentioned there is lump over sternum region with abdominal symptoms.. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Detail history and physical examination with investigation helpful for further diagnosis. After clinical examination of site diagnosis possible..
I hope my guidance helpful to you. Get well soon.. Thank you.
