What Does A Lump In The Testicles Indicate?

I have a mass formed in my testicular sac, right side on the bottom. When I squeeze it, it discharges blood and/or bloody pus. It has done this every 2 or 3 days for over a month! It feels like the mass is gone after it drains, but still it comes back again.

Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to sebaceous cyst, boils, hematoma, abscess, hydrocele and rarely cancer. I would suggest to consult surgeon and undergo examination, blood tests like CBC, ESR, USG scan if needed. Apply mupirocin ointment. Apply warm pad application. Take Tablet cefuroxime.

Do not squeeze, wear pure cotton loose inner, take frequent hot bath. Other treatment will decide by compete assessment and depend on cause.
