What Does A Lump In The Upper Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?

Upper right abdominal lump since last June. Recently last few months now have cloudy urine with little to no urination, strong ammonia odor, lower back pain comes and goes, pain right shoulder blade, and nose bleeds with dark blood but hasn t dripped out blood yet. Recovering drug user ID.

can be calculi in renal area can go for ultrasound kub. might be having albumunirhea consult urologist for examination and advise on treatment. renal function test should be done might be going for renal failure.
