What Does A Lump On Testicles Indicate?
Hello my right testies is only about 1/4 of my right one. Now i have found the the size of my left testies is also reducing. Also i found a small lump with no pain above my left ball. The amount of sperm i ejaculate has also decrease. I m just 21 and scared if i face problem in future lige plzz help

The testis size should not decrease unless you have testis atrophy due to cryptorchidism or chronic inflammation in testis. I suggest you investigate with ultrasound of pelvis with special emphasis on testes only. Kindly revert back with reports once done.
