What Does A Lump On The Forehead Indicate?

I don t have money for a doctor to answer my question, any free doctors that could help me? I ve had this bump on the left side of my forehead near the top of my head,above my left eye for like 4-5 days, it only hurts when i press on it, but is recognised by friends when i show them. I also am a chronic migraine suffer, neck infusion surgery February 2017, and my neck is really stiff, but always is and hurts bad even after surgery. I can t afford a doctor, so is their any free doctors that i can get help from? Thxs a lot....

Since it has been there since 4 to 5 days, and it hurts with pressure, it could be an hair follicle infection, which has become an abscess. This would have to be surgically drained under local anesthesia. This can be done in the out patient clinic. After that daily dressings, and a short course of antibiotics will cure the infection.
