What Does A Lump On The Left Side Of The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

I have a lump I can see and feel on my lower left side of my abdomen. On the left side of my flank /stomach area it feels like a growth /or larger lump. What s going on? I have had kidney stones in the past. And seem to have many symtoms of adrenal fatigue

lump is tobe examined by doctor locally its consistency mobility is to be seen may not be related to kidney stone. if posible can be aspirated and cytology study can be done. it will make the diagnosis easy. now if permitted it can be excised and lump mass is subjected to biopsy. if requered onchologist can be consulted.
