General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!

I can understand your concern.

In my clinic, I would advice:

1. A detailed history of any trauma, injury, any insect bite, has it increased with time, etc.

2. If it is recurrent, there may be muscular pain, ligament injury, or any other bony injury.

3. It needs examination.

4. Please consult your local physician immediately.

Wish you a speedy recovery
