What Does A Lump On The Right Side Of The Penis Indicate?

A few months ago I noticed odd shape when erect, since then a lump appeared and it has slowly move down the right side of my penis.lg peanut in size, I also have thick seaman. it is very tender and causes pain, it started shortly after I had a hernia operation
