Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am 26 years old male.I felt a very small lump on my right testicle 2 years back i.e. in Feb 2016 and it lasted for only 2 months and disappeared in March 2016 I never felt it again but after a month or so i.e. in April 2016 I found out that my Scrotal was continuously remaining swollen and I have this problem up till now and also when I ejaculate my sperm doesn’t shoot out as before and I am having this problem from last 3 months.
Since April 2016, to date, you are having a scrotal swelling. In all probability, this could be a hydrocele. If it is causing you any discomfort, this will have to be surgically treated. Initially, certain required blood and urine investigations would have to be done, and ultrasound examination of the scrotum to see for the type of the scrotal swelling and the status of the testes.
You may please consult an Urologist, who would do the necessary investigations and advise you on the management. The doctor could also address the problem of ejaculation you are having.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Ajit Kumar Varma
