What Does A Lump On The Salivary Gland Indicate?

I found a lump on my saliva gland My doctor ordered a cat scan It showed a lump He put me on antibiotic Amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium tablets 875 mg They make me feel queezy What do you think? Should I stop taking them and call my doctor? I have a hard time dealing with feeling sick in my stomach

Your query is appreciated, if the lump is due to infection and it is the abscess formation then it has to be given antibiotic even in suspected case of infection antibiotic being given, so it is better to complete the course of antibiotic and if the lump is still there even after completing the course of antibiotic then you can discus this with your doctor for further management, hope this information helps.
