What Does A Lump On The Scrotum Indicate?

I would want to get an opinion about a bump I got on the scrotum. I had skin to skin contact 8 weeks ago, it was not unprotected sex, it was just rubbing and then 4 weeks ago this bump appeared and I had itchy. It was just a bump, then I put vinegar 2 weeks ago and this caused some ulcers on the bump and today is healed but the bump and the itchy are still there. Any opinion about this? Thanks

Please contact a physician to rule out herpes infection.
For relief from itching, use Himalaya Antique septic cream. It is a herbal preparation with zinc oxide and has excellent effect on itching without any side effects.
The bump, if not a result of a serious disease, may disappear on its own.
