What Does A Lump On The Sole Of The Feet Indicate?

I am inquiring about the symptoms of a blood clot. I have a bruise on the bottom of my foot with a small hard knot in the middle of it, a vein at my ankle just started hurting and puffed up and some hot/cold feelings in my foot and leg (below the knee)

get it locally examined by doctor. apply cold compression.apply thrombophob ointment take rest.can use crape bandage.may be neurological problem so consult neurologist.
