I have a movable lump under my skin. I noticed after i hurt my lower back. I didn t touch it for days and then it seemed fixed. A simple rub and it felt like it detached from something. It doesnt hurt and my backbis feelin good. It might be in the thoracolumbar fascia area. Should i be worried?
