Hi, I had a small lump under my left ear lobe (end of jaw), which I noticed 2 days ago. It was smaller than a pea and you could move it around. Over the last 24 years it has grown in size, swollen, and very tender. It is very painful when I move my jaw and attempt to eat. Maybe just an infected gland? Thanks Mike
