My son Eric has been told he has a mass in his duodenum of stoamch area. It is at this time pre-cancerous. there were 2 large masses found and one very small, 2 where removed by a advaced gastor doctor at st.louis University Hospital. One they say is too large to remove that way. He is a High risk surgery canidate due to Poor lung function . And renal isssues , He is a 23 year surviver of Ewings sarcoma, and a 21 year bone Marrow transplant . He is now 40 years old and would love to resolve this before it becomes full blown adenocarrcinoma stomach cancer. Any knowledge for us. Thank you.

Dysplasia might be present as the lesion is in pre-cancerous stage. If mass cannot be removed, then screening is an option left. So according to histopathology report, a further management plan can be decided.
