What Does A Mass On The Liver Indicate?
My mom was found by ct with mass in tail of pancreas and two very small masses in liver. Larger cancerous lesions are in sigmoid colon. The doctor says she has pancreatic cancer but all damage is in colon. Should we do another biopsy. Also has portal vein thrombosis. Mass in pancreas on notes said it was a cold necrotic mass. What does that mean?

I think she has pancreatic cancer. It is spread to colon and hepatic. Doesn't need a second biopsy.
Chemotherapy is the only treatment.
