What Does A Movable Lump In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

Hello, I had noticed a lump in my lower belly in March which has grown larger, to maybe golf ball or almost tennis ball size. During the day, while standing/sitting I can t feel it but when I woke up this morning it had floated to just under my belly button. As I moved my hips from side to side it floated back & forth. Over a year ago, my doctor sent me for an ultra sound where they told me I had cysts on my ovaries. My question is...can cysts float around when they get larger? I plan to see a doctor soon since I moved to a new town, 130 miles from my primary.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be lipoma.

For further assessment I would suggest you to do FNAC after surgeon consultation.

For that surgical options are available.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
