What Does A Movable Lump On The Outer Half Of The Eyebrow Indicate?

My daughter is only 9 months old, and since she was around 3 months old, she has a movable lump on the outer half of her left eyebrow. It is completely under the skin, no redness around it. A doctor looked at and suggested that she just hit her head on something, but I doubted it would stay as long. It looks as though it is getting bigger, causing swelling on her upper left eyelid as well. What should I do? Should I get a second opinion from another physician? It doesn t seem to bother her, but I m worried that it could be a cyst. Concerned, Mrs. Carver

Hello,

It may be lipoma. For further assessment you may require ultrasound after surgeon consultation. You may require surgical intervention to remove it. In case of pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
