What Does A Movement In The Stomach Indicate?
I have been feeling movement in my stomach for the past two months took test after test all negative and was still having cycle so this month I missed it still negative results..I do smoke cigarettes can that cause my hgg leaves to be too low for the test to pick up on?

Based on the history you have shared, ultrasound pelvis and abdomen should be repeated if pain persists. Can be due to menstrual abnormalities as you mentioned, so gynecologist review can be sought. Meanwhile antispasmodic like Drotavarine can be used along with OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen.
If upper part, around stomach hurts the most, endoscopy and antacids might be needed. Smoking doesn't affect this much to get false negative beta hCG though minor fluctuations may occur.
