What Does A Painful And Swollen Lymph Node In The Armpit Indicate?
Hello, i have PCOS with multiple cysts on my ovaries, higher testosterone levels, insulin resistant, regular pelvic pain, plus my stomach swelled up to the point i appear to be fully pregnant. I skipped my menstrual about 4mths at a time and have recently developed another very large and painful swollen gland in my armpit. Do you think this could be indicating some type of tumer/cancer?

Hello,
It could be due to infection in the nearby region. Nothing much to worry as it will respond well to antibiotics.
Consult a general practitioner and start a short course of antibiotics preferably Amoxclav.
