What Does A Painful Lump In Pelvic Area Suggest?

I ve been having pain and discomfort in my pelvic region. Recently, I have experienced fatigue (extreme about a week ago, now, not as extreme), lack of appetite, pain with sudden movement or when I sneeze, and when I touch my left pelvic area, there is what feels like a lump or bulge about 1.5 or 2 inches long. I am a 22 years old, and sexually active (minus the past week).
