What Does A Painful Lump On The Buttocks Indicate?

I think I got bit by something but not that I seen or felt it...but I woke up sat with a little round sore that did not itch jus was sore on the bottom of my butt where my leg meets..since then it has grown to a size of a half dollar...like a bubble...and very hard to the touch...tonight my sister popped it and blood and puss came out..I soaked in a hot bath only for it to be filled up again.

a hair follicle must have got infected. if you have systemic signs like fever then you should opt for antibiotics or if the size of the follicle is growing .
otherwise if it's small and limited then keeping it clean and sterile should fix things in 10-14days..
