I am experiencing headache also and toothache since this happen. what to do..pls. help..how long this will last? I am taking cloaxillin already and ointment mupriderm.
Painful pimple in nose seems to be due to staphylococcus bacterial infection which is the common organism to cause bump inside the nose. Toothache along with swelling as described by you was the probable case of tooth abscess.
Take proper course of antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medication to subside infection and do warm saline rinse.
Visit oral physician once and get it examined properly. Go for IOPA (x-ray) and start treatment accordingly. Maintain complete oral hygiene.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
