What Does A Painful Rash On The Rib Cage Indicate?

hi i spilt gas on myself and didn t know it, now i have a pretty bad rash in a few spots on my rib cage and its been about 4 days now, its pretty painful, wondering if i should go see a doctor or put creme on it i tried polysporn but that didn t seem to help. Thank you for your help

Hi painful rash is due some some bites so please use some pain killers like acelclofenac and local skin application for rash reduction if not subsided please consult doctor
