Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The repeated sores can be due to diabetes. Please check his blood sugar level (FBS and PP2BS). Usually, these types of sores require antibiotic therapy.

If the size is too much, then incision and drainage (I&D) is required to remove capsule which is formed around pus collection.

The antibiotic like Moxclav KID tablets can be given for 5 days. Along with antibiotic, give him tablet Ibuprofen and tablet Trypsin + Chymotrypsin. If still not relieved, then consult the surgeon for I&D.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
