What Does A Painful White Bump Between The Buttocks Indicate?
4-5 days ago I woke up and it was hard to sit without hurting. I looked in the mirror later and nothing looked unusual except one little white spot on my butt crack about a 1/2 inch long. I have no idea if that s what s causing this or if it s something else but it s making it hard to sleep and sit anywhere I go.

It could be an abscess.
Consult a general surgeon and get it drained.
Nothing much to worry as it can be done under local anesthesia.
You can take laxatives like Lactulose also.
