What Does A Painless Hard Lump On The Gum Indicate?
Hi, I have had a very small painless hard lump on my gum behind one of my top teeth. It is not discoloured at all and only a little raised, so only be felt by tongue. I have been rinsing with warm salty water and it seems to be going down slowly and signs of gingivitis are also disappearing. Just wondering what this may be so I know before I go to the dentist?
