What Does A Painless Twitching Sensation On The Chest Indicate?

I have been dealing with allergies the past week or so with the change of the season and storms that roll through my area. However as I am starting to feel better, I have an unexplained symptom in my chest just on the left side around the heart. What strange about this is that it will not do anything if I simply stay still, but when I would move my left arm or forcibly exhale more than normal it begins. What I refer to is a painless twitch in the chest sort of like a rapid heartbeat, yet I feel nothing or an increased pulse as far as I am concerned. It ll happen if I exert more movement that uses this part of my body as a sort of rapid twitching sort of like a beat or rhythm and a fluttering? I guess I would call it as a feeling that goes with it. I can make it happen as well if I press down on the area and move my head and neck to the left but not to the right. What is causing this, I am not sure but it s giving me some concern as it has persisted for two days. I have been coughing more than normal the few days before, but since stopped with only periodical bouts every now and then. If these muscles were sprained or pulled in some way, surely this would be painful? But it s not. Or is this related to my heart? To learn of this would ease my mind quite a bit.
