What Does A Patch Of Dry Skin Below The Penis Suggest?
A few months ago I noticed a patch of dry skin on the underside of the head of my penis and continued on the shaft. It went away and then came back a few times. Now I noticed small red pimple like bumps on the head. I do not think it could be an std have only been with my wife of 27 years. What could it be?

It seems that there might be having fungal infection or some local skin infection like dermatitis producing this dry patch.
Apply triple action cream locally for few days.
Keep local hygiene proper.
