What Does A Pea Sized Lump On Outer Labia Indicate?

I am 34 with two kids and I have a pea size lump on my outside labia underneath the skin. It doesn t hurt although sometimes it does itch just a little. I have tried to see if maybe I could pop it.( it does look like it has a very small pimple head to it.). But that does make it hurt and makes it swell to marble size then after a while it goes back to pea size. I have only noticed it maybe a couple of weeks ago.

Thank you use the website, about your question I think that if your lump looks red you can use a warm compresses per 10 minutes to soften the content and facilitate their expulsion (gently squeeze ) but if the skin looks normal that's mean that is not ready for pop it, your lump is located in an area called triangle of death because those blood vessels are going straight to the brain, you need to have a perfect hygiene when you manipulate that area to avoid some infection disease.
