What Does A Pimple On The Bridge Of The Nose Indicate?

I have a bump/pimple like thing on my face between my left eye and bridge of nose. Very sore to touch. Quite red and causing swelling of my eye. I have been applying warm compresses to help reduce the swelling and possibly pop of bump. Do you know what it is and how to get rid off it. Thanks,

it is boil .you can give heat compresses to it ..you also need antibiotics as amoxicillin and clavunate combination 625 mg two times plus antiinflammatory drug as tab aceclofenic plus serratiopeptidase two times .
please donot press or squeeze boil as boils on face if pressed then infection may spread to brain .
